2015年12月8-12日，我院孙宇教授和硕士研究生冯丽烁、李凤男、其立恒、孙莹赴万隆参加2015年公共管理国际会议（2015ICPA）。本届会议由电子科技大学、美国行政管理学会和印度尼西亚巴查查兰大学共同主办。

冯丽烁、孙莹在善治与反腐（Good Governance and Anti-corruption）分会场分别宣读论文What Value Orientations in China’s Internet Governance Policies to“Internet Bars”Really Are?（作者：孙宇、冯丽烁）、Rethinking Chinese Campaign-Style Governance Model: The Case Study of APEC Blue（作者：孙莹、Affilah R、果佳），李凤男在网络治理和电子政务（Networking and Partnerships and E-government）分会场宣读论文Impact Study of Intergovernmental Competition on Local Government Portal Website Accessibility: An Empirical Analysis of Minority Autonomous Counties on the Silk-Road Economic Belt（作者：李凤男、孙宇），其丽恒在公共管理发展趋势（Future in Public Administration）分会场宣读论文impact of regional variations on local government’s purchase of public Services: case study of Gungdong and Yunnan in China（作者：其丽恒、果佳）。

围绕本届会议主题“可持续发展与公共管理创新”，国内外学者提交的会议论文共603篇，录用308篇，其中5篇论文获2015ICPA Best Paper Award，7篇论文获2015ICPA Best Honorable Mention Paper Award。李凤男、孙宇撰写的论文获2015ICPA Best Honorable Mention Paper Award。会议期间，孙宇教授与来自浙江大学、陕西师范大学、电子科技大学、Johns Hopkins University、Kurukshetra University、Padjadjaran University等的公共行政学者进行了广泛交流，冯丽烁、李凤男、孙莹、其丽恒与巴查查兰大学社会与政治科学学院的学生进行了交流。
