靳健，现为北京师范大学信息管理系教授。研究领域为客户需求分析、专家遴选与推荐、政府数据传递与政策文本分析等。2013年博士毕业于香港理工大学工业及系统工程系，曾工作于英国卡迪夫大学、香港大学、中国科学院软件研究所、IBM中国软件开发中心。主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部人文社科、北京市卫健委、中国科学技术信息研究所实验室基金等项目10余项。出版专著2本，科研成果发表于Information Processing and Management, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Engineering Design、Journal of Information Science、情报学报等国际国内著名期刊及WWW、APWEB等计算机领域国际著名会议。培养的学生工作于中国工商银行、国家图书馆、北京市某部委、成都市某部委、中国人民大学、杭州阿里巴巴等或在北京大学、北京师范大学及美国、香港等国内外知名学校继续攻读博士。
