现任北京师范大学政府管理学院教授、博士生导师，副院长、公共管理硕士（MPA）教育中心主任，农村治理研究中心研究员。英国阿伯丁大学社会学博士，香港城市大学公共政策学系博士后。主要研究方向：农村土地政策、城乡基层治理、住房政策、政治社会学。出版英文学术专著3部，中文学术专著1部，教材2部，在Land Use Policy, World Development, Journal of Contemporary China, 《中国行政管理》等国内外核心学术期刊发表论文近50篇，承担国家社会科学基金项目、国家乡村振兴局委托项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目等课题。
