个人简介：
郭跃，现为北京师范大学政府管理学院副教授、博士生导师、公共政策系主任。清华大学管理学博士，哈佛大学博士后，主要研究方向为行为公共政策、政策过程理论、科技治理等领域。近年来主要学术代表作发表在《中国行政管理》《公共管理学报》、Public Administration Review、 Public Administration、 Government Information Quarterly等国内外学术期刊，作为项目负责人主持北京师范大学优秀青年创新团队（首批）、国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年科学基金项目、国家高端智库重点课题等重要科研项目。郭跃曾入选北京市国家治理青年人才培养计划（第八期），担任国务院公共管理学科评议组公共政策二级学科建设工作组成员、美国政治学学会公共政策分部理事、《公共管理评论》指导编辑、Policy & Internet中国区域编辑、China Policy Journal副主编等学术兼职。
