郭跃，现为北京师范大学政府管理学院副教授、公共政策系主任。清华大学管理学博士，哈佛大学博士后，主要研究方向为行为公共政策、政策过程理论、科技治理等领域。近年来主要学术代表作发表在《中国行政管理》《公共管理学报》Public Administration Review, Public Administration, Government Information Quarterly等国内外学术期刊，并作为项目负责人主持北京师范大学优秀青年创新团队（首批）、国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年基金项目、国家高端智库重点课题等科研项目。郭跃博士曾荣获高等教育（研究生）国家级教学成果奖二等奖、全国公共管理硕士优秀学位论文指导教师奖等荣誉，入选北京市国家治理青年人才培养计划（第八期），并担任国务院公共管理学科评议组公共政策二级学科建设工作组成员、美国政治学学会公共政策分部理事、《公共管理评论》指导编辑、China Policy Journal副主编等学术兼职。
