The collective psychological ownership (CPO) of social workers is crucial for organizational development, influencing employee belongingness and motivation. The topic of how to foster employees' CPO has been extensively discussed. Organizational dynamic capacity perception (ODCP) is a social worker's perception of organizational dynamism, responding to the resilience and flexibility of organizations to cope with risk. This study demonstrated how ODCP affected social workers' CPO. Using data from the China Social Work Longitudinal Study (CLWLS) in 2019, we selected a sample of 716 social workers serving older adults with disabilities to investigate this issue. Results indicated that ODCP, service quality self-efficacy, and professional identity were positively correlated with CPO. Service quality self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between ODCP and social workers' CPO. Meanwhile, the professional identity moderated the mediating effect. This finding enhances the understanding of social workers' CPO and offers guidance for managers to strengthen psychological resources.
