the basic situation of the subject discipline. Professor Guan Xiaoyu introduced
the existing international exchange projects of the Government School. The
three teachers at College of William and Mary also exchanged information about
the college's majors, the number of students, and existing international
projects. The two sides reached a preliminary consensus on the establishment of
1+1+1 and 3+2 double degree programs, mutual exchange of scientific research
cooperation between teachers, and short-term foreign-related visits to promote
