observation was “Recruitment and Selection” by Professor Haibo.
This course focuses on the
theory, process and operation methods of HR recruitment and selection. In the
two-hour course, Professor Yu Haibo first taught the main features of
structured interviews through rich classroom cases and vivid stories. Later,
through on-site simulations, students were given a clearer understanding of the
